This village counts about 100 permanent residents, lies on the south-east part of the island and it is the port of the island.

Livadia is the island's port. It is 7 km south-east of the capital and has approximately 100 inhabitants. The houses are built in the inlet of a big bay and extend over a small but fertile valley. The green-clad valley of Livadia produces many products such as almonds, wine, etc.
