•The Monastery of Kehrovounio, is dedicated to the Koimisis tis Theotokou (Assumption of the Virgin). It is today one of the largest and most beautiful monasteries of Greece. The group of buildings that comprise the monastery is huge and includes churches, houses, roads and common rooms, which all give the feeling that you are in a village (or small township).
