Kythira or Chora (capital) | Avlemonas | Agia Pelagia | Antikythira | Diakofti | Livadi | Milopotamos | Potamos

It has about 300 residents and it is located on the south side of the island, 5 km away from the capital.

It is a well-preserved traditional-style village, right on the main road. The period of the English domination has left its traces all over the village.
 
Worth seeing
•The byzantine churches of Agios Andreas (Saint Andrew) and Agios Dimitrios (Saint Demetrios), with the beautiful wall-paintings and the idiosyncratic architecture.
•The Moni (monastery) of Elesas, after you pass Pourkos.
•The Toksoto Gefiri (arched bridge) built by the English Commissioner in 1822. It has thirteen arches in total.
