It has about 500 residents and it is located on the north side of the island, 5km away from Skala.

It’s a mediterranean village built on a small hill and it consists of two settlements: Epano Kampos, the mediterranean half, and Kato Kampos, the coastal half, which also happens to be the third largest settlement in the island. The church of Evagelismos (Annunciation) dominates the village square, which also hosts its annual festival.
