|
Has 400 residents, located west and is 9 km from Ermoupolis.
Galissas is a cosmopolitan tourist resort, engulfed in greenery, with a sweet climate, lots of water that is used primarily for its agricultural concerns. It has the largest beach on the island, and the coastline between Galissas and Kiri Cove is ideal for lovers of rock fishing. For the romantics, there is a footpath southeast of the town that leads to the church of Ag.Stefano, which sits inside a cave. In summer, it can be reached by boat. |
