With 700 residents, it lies approximately 8 km west of the city.

Agios Arsenios is the old site of the tourist port serving the towns of Agios Prokopis and Agias Annas. The village is found in Lavathi and is built in a valley lined with trees, shrubs, and flowers. In fact, it is two villages that are separated on the top and bottom half of the valley. The whole area is filled with country chapels.
