 It has about 350 inhabitants and it is located on the southeastern side of the island, 33 km away from the city.
It is a traditional style village, built amphitheatrically on top of a mountain, in order to escape the danger of pirate raids (it was originally built in the Linia area, near the lake of Korission). It offers a breathtaking view of both sides of the island. |
